• a large flat competition-sized floodlit sand paddock (75x45m); subdivided into smaller paddocks for lessons
• a second flat sand training paddock (40x30m)
• a large grass turnout field
• loose-box stabling for over 40 horses and ponies

• separate air-conditioned livery tack room

• farrier’s facilities

• comfortable clubhouse with drinks and snack facilities
